Introduction In this study, we focus on the increasingly important topic of transnational regulations on corporate governance, and more specifically, banking regulations instituted by the European Union (EU) under Basel III. We examine how these under-contextualized regulations encounter local resistance from boards of directors of regulated firms arising from the tension between local regulatory needs and EU-level regional regulations (Avtonomov 2023).
Power amplifier question for my atmos speakers
Discussion Starter • #1 • a moment ago hi I am struggling for some time regarding which power amplifier to buy for my 4 atmos speakers. I have 11.2 system. Marantz 7705 is the pre-amp used in combination wtih monolith7x200 watts to power by 7 speakers.(front and surround). For atmos I have installed Klipsch CDT-5800-C II In-Ceiling Speakers. I am looking for a 4 channel power amplifier to power the atmos speakers. Unfortunately not many companies make a 4 channel amplifier.
Butt splice connector vs soldering vs banana plug/wall plate to extend speaker cable
Discussion Starter • #1 • 22 m ago Even after lot of careful planning, after my basement got finished, my speaker cables are few feet short. So I need to use one of the three options to extend the cables. 1) banana plug wall plate combo 2) soldering and /or crimping plus heat shrink and extending the wire 3) some one suggested this new approach - butt splice connector to add extra cable . see you tube video link below hi, I am using 12 AWG monoprice speaker cable, bi-wired to my B&W speakers.

Discussion Starter • #1 • a moment ago hi I have used 12 AWG monoprice speaker cable for biwiring the speakers. Now I want to terminate them at a wall plug and then connect them to my preamp using blue jean 10 awg speaker cable wire for a neater look and for providing more mobility to my avr unit . Since I have biwired them, the two 12 awg wires are too thick to be used together in a banana plug (I am using sewell dead bolt banana plug) or wired directly into wall plate.
