Trained journalist, who has reported for newspapers and written for online news sites, as well as developed educational content. Started a career in book publishing more than ten years ago, in which time I have edited environmental research publications, motivational learning books, poetry, and high-quality illustrated books on visual arts of India.

I endeavour to identify and plug information gaps. My work as a journalist and as editor/publisher is oriented towards asking questions, and propelling ideas for further discussions.

Have been invited to speak at various national and international events related to publishing and literature. She has previously been a speaker and/or moderated discussions held at Publishing Next conference, Frankfurt Book Fair, London Book Fair, Abu Dhabi Book Fair, Jaipur BookMark, International Literature Forum at Aberystwyth, Globalocal conference, Jumpstart, Hyderabad Literature Festival and The Hindu Lit for Life.

Through my work and interest in global travel, I have travelled many countries and lived in three countries, working in cities like Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kuala Lumpur and London.

Proficient in using MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker and Wordpress, all of which I use routinely in the course of my work.
