Tenants using rental license in bad faith to not pay rent
Hi all, I was a first time homeowner in Philly and was not really sure I need a rental license to start renting. I rented my house from Sept 15 and it is a brand new house. Our tenants had lots of requests from the beginning and we tried to solve everything within 24 hours. Later it became an issue because they would not provide us with proper timings on when to come for repairs and so one repair was pending.

Hello all, I was talking to a friend of mine who does airbnb in Marquette, MI. His setup was very enticing to me, the houses there costs around 200-250k and make good amount of profit. Finished Flip - looking for advice on how to sell this house
Hello all, I posted a while ago in another forum about the flip that i did recently. Address - 19145 zipcode (Philadelphia) We initially came up with the price of 380k and got a lot of showings but then the showings died completely since 3 weeks, we reduced the price by 10k to 369k right now but there has been no attraction. All in we were at 328k (including holding costs) and at 380k we were making some profit, but that profit is completely dying right now.
