Abstract : The accuracy for target tracking using a conventional interacting multiple-model algorithm (IMM) is limited. In this paper, a new variable structure of interacting multiple-model (VSIMM) algorithm aided by center scaling (VSIMM-CS) is proposed to solve this problem. The novel VSIMM-CS has two main steps.
