1 Introduction Pyrazolones represent important privileged scaffolds that are extensively found in natural products and medicinally significant compounds, exhibiting a broad spectrum of biological and pharmacological activities [1]. Notably, spiropyrazolones have emerged as promising pharmacophores in medicinal chemistry [2-8].
