AI And “Knowledge” In M&A: Should Deal Terms Evolve And How?
AI is transforming M&A, including the “knowledge” buyers and sellers can have of the target. This may require revisiting M&A risk allocation mechanisms based on knowledge. It raises the question, does an issue identified by AI become the “knowledge” of the party using the AI? For sellers, a key issue is how the seller’s “actual” or “constructive” knowledge is defined for the purpose of the knowledge qualifiers in their representations and warranties (R&Ws).
Vice Golf Balls Review 2026: Are They Any Good?
The Vice golf balls have made quite a splash in the golf ball scene in the last few years. We often hear the technology being referred to as similar to Titleist or Bridgestone. Bushnell Tour V7 Shift Rangefinder Review
Bushnell has been the default name in rangefinders for years, and the Tour V7 Shift is the latest model to keep it ahead of the pack. We’ve carried out accuracy testing, put it through its paces on the course and got feedback from golfers to help you decide if it should be your next buy. Best pure laser Dual-colour OLED Slope Laser rangefinder with dual-colour OLED 9.5 overall Bushnell’s fastest and sharpest pure laser.
Bushnell Hybrid Rangefinder Review
For years, I’ve been dreaming of a device that combines a rangefinder and GPS unit that actually works well. Bushnell tried it back in 2018 and it never stuck. Garmin have had a go too, and it was way too complicated. This is exactly what the Bushnell Tour Hybrid rangefinder promises, but does it actually live up to its billing? I’ve carried out accuracy testing, used it at my home course and a range of courses I’ve never played before. Here’s what I found.
Shot Scope LM1 Review: Tested Against an $18,000 Launch Monitor
A $200 launch monitor sounds too good to be true. Surely it can’t be accurate? So we tested it against a $18,000+ GC Hawk and compared every reading to work out how will it performs. Here’s exactly how accurate it is, where it slips up, and who should buy one. Best $200 launch monitorDoppler radarNo subscription Doppler radar launch monitor 8.5overall The best launch monitor you can buy for the money — and it isn’t close.

After testing 19 golf apps last month, here is a rundown of the best for strokes gained and a straightforward recommendation depending on what you actually need from your app.

Best Golf Gloves 2026: 17 Tested & Ranked By PGA Pro
I bought 17 golf gloves in a single shop visit. One of them turned out to be for my right hand (the wrong hand), I did think the guy in the shop looked at me weirdly… It now sits on my desk as a small reminder to read packaging more carefully. After that small mishap, testing did get back on track, so here are the results for the best golf gloves we could find on the market. Use the finder below to go straight to your match, or scroll through the full reviews.
Srixon Cabretta Golf Glove Review — The Alternative Choice
The Srixon Cabretta Premium doesn’t shout about itself — and that’s part of what makes it so good. FootJoy StaSof Golf Glove Review — Great Feel, But At A Cost
The FootJoy StaSof was the other glove I’d reach for when competing as a professional, alongside the Titleist Players Flex. Two gloves, countless rounds. Pulling it back on for this test had exactly the same effect — it makes you want to go and play. Fifth overall in our 17-glove test. Full rankings in our best golf gloves guide.
Titleist Players Flex Golf Glove Review — Expensive, But Tour Feel
The Titleist Players Flex was one of my two go-to gloves when competing as a professional — the other being the FootJoy StaSof. Pulling it back on for this test brought all of that flooding back. Some gloves you just have a relationship with. Joint top of this test on feel and grip, 9.0 overall across 17 gloves. Full rankings in our best golf gloves guide.
Ping Tour Golf Glove Review — All Leather, No Compromise
The Ping Tour finished fourth overall in our 17-glove test and stands apart from every other glove here for one reason — it’s entirely leather, top to bottom. FootJoy RainGrip Golf Glove Review
I’ve had a FootJoy RainGrip in my golf bag for about fourteen years. Don’t worry, I bought a fresh one for this test, but this is a glove I know intimately — and my opinion hasn’t changed. If you play in bad weather, this is the number one glove you need. Full rankings in our best golf gloves guide. Sweaty hands & rain Rain glove Rain / all-weather synthetic glove 8.5overall The glove that gets better when wet — and a quiet fix for hands that sweat through leather.
Callaway Weather Spann Golf Glove Review — Not Bad!
Coming into the Callaway Weather Spann, expectations were measured — mostly synthetic construction with small leather patches on the palm and thumb. They were wrong to be. This is comfortably the best-feeling all-weather glove in our 17-glove test, and it’s not particularly close. Full rankings in our best golf gloves guide. Best all-weather Synthetic hybrid All-weather synthetic glove 8.7overall The best-feeling weather glove we tested — premium-leather sensation from a synthetic build.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Need transparency in Green Springs
To the editor: I support Rachel Jones for Green Springs District supervisor. Jones pledges open government. Unlike her opponent, incumbent Bob Babyok, Ms. Jones won’t hold neighborhood meetings to which only narrow audiences in certain subdivisions are invited, like the private meeting in Forest View. The rural residents have never been invited. Unlike Babyok, any newsletter or email list Jones uses as public communication media will in fact be open to the public.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Board should explain erosion policies
To the editor: Louisa County has seen a growing number of solar energy projects proposed over the last several years. In the name of “green energy,” public officials have grown dissatisfied with the traditional energy sources that have powered our county, shifting towards a promotion of solar and wind. However, good intentions must be judged by their outcomes. Simply stating that a shift in policy will benefit society is not a shield against critical investigation of its consequences.

Strokes Gained Explained – Golf Insider
Historical golf stats, such as green in regulation and putts per round, have been replaced by shinier new metrics – strokes gained. Here we will explain strokes gained and look at how you can use these numbers to improve your golf game. Want to work out your own strokes gained? We have a free strokes gained calculator here. Golf stats are great to look at, but they should always serve a purpose. As soon as you’ve carded a round, it is in the past, you can’t change anything about how you played.
I’m practicing. Why am I not getting better at golf?
Four million golfers are still quitting golf in the United States each year. My concern about this trend has led me to write several recent articles for GolfWRX. I’ve shared my thoughts because I believe much can be done to help golfers better understand the game, and most importantly, improve their games in ways that are not being done today. The high frustration level of golfers is a leading cause of their giving up the game.
