William Gray’s Biography
In the wake of 1988 legislation that hamstrung the single premium life industry, William Gray, JD, LLM, conducted groundbreaking tax research while developing the industry’s first life premium financing program for estate planning, which was adopted by a wide range of legal and accounting firms. After these successes, he was invited to join Merrill Lynch’s elite team dedicated to handling large premium finance cases with the company’s top high-net-worth clients.
In 1996, William Gray, JD, LLM, left Merrill Lynch to found the Tax Track Companies, a firm that works with major insurance companies to implement Gray’s innovative life insurance designs on an exclusive basis. In addition to his role with the Tax Track Companies, he works with corporate, municipal, and union organizations to reduce unfunded retirement liabilities, as president and CEO of Washington, D.C.-based Government and Municipal Systems, LLC.
