A chromosome-level genome assembly of Lucanus dybowski Parry, 1873 (Coleoptera: Lucanidae)
Abstract Stag beetles (Coleoptera: Lucanidae) are a charismatic and primitive group within the Scarabaeoidea, frequently utilized as models for evolutionary studies. Nevertheless, chromosome-level genomic resources remain limited to a few species, constraining our understanding of lucanid evolution. Here, we present the first chromosome-level genome assembly of Lucanus dybowski.
Multi‐barcoding‐based species identification using a hierarchical attention network with staged curriculum learning
1 INTRODUCTION With the growing urgency of biodiversity conservation, species classification technology based on DNA barcodes has emerged as a focal point in bioinformatics research (Kartzinel et al., 2025; Li et al., 2024; Meier et al., 2024, 2025; Pollock et al., 2025; Romeijn et al., 2024; Sanchez et al., 2025).

The first chromosome-level genome of the stag beetle Dorcus hopei Saunders, 1854 (Coleoptera: Lucanidae) - Scientific Data
Abstract Stag beetles (Coleoptera: Lucanidae) represent a significant saproxylic assemblage in forest ecosystems and are noted for their enlarged mandibles and male polymorphism. Despite their relevance as ideal models for the study of exaggerated mandibles that aid in attracting mates, the regulatory mechanisms associated with these traits remain understudied, and restricted by the lack of high-quality reference genomes for stag beetles.

Validation of enantioseparation and quantitation of an active metabolite of abrocitinib in human plasma
Background Enantiomers have similar physicochemical properties but different biological activities because biological processes usually favor one enantiomer over the other. Due to their distinct pharmacologic activity, enantiomers can differ in their potency and present different toxicity profiles. Developing robust methods for separation of enantiomers is vital in order to understand their contribution to safety [1,2].
