Contact-induced continuous electricity generation by ion-electron positive feedback coupled transport for self-powered ionic touch panel
Abstract Ionic touch panels are regarded as a key platform for future human-computer interaction and meta-universe due to their stretchable, transparent and skin-fitting properties. Inspired by the fact that human skin relies on ionic current to sense contact position information, we have investigated an ionogel based closed-loop electrical system that also converts contact into ionic current to form a self-powered single-layer ionic touch panel.
Incessant Narrow QRS Complex Tachycardia in a Patient With a Prior Ablation History
1 Case A woman in her 30s presented to the emergency department with persistent palpitation for 4 days. She had a history of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) and underwent catheter ablation for concealed left posteroseptal accessory pathway (AP) 2 months ago. The initial procedure appeared acutely successful with no inducible tachycardia at the conclusion of the procedure. On presentation to the emergency department, the blood pressure was 114/68 mmHg, and the heart rate was 198 bpm.
Ablation of Atrial Tachycardia in a Budd‐Chiari Syndrome Patient via Inferior Vena Cava-Azygos-Superior Vena Cava Approach
1 Introduction Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) is a rare but clinically significant disorder characterized by hepatic venous outflow obstruction, frequently resulting in extensive collateral circulation. While catheter ablation is a well-established treatment for atrial tachycardia (AT), patients with BCS present unique anatomical challenges that complicate standard interventional strategies.
Narrowed Right Bundle Branch Block Pattern in Tachycardia
AP accessory pathway A-V atrio-ventricular. AVRT atrio-ventricular reentry tachycardia ECG electrocardiogram EP electrophysiologic QRSd QRS duration RBBB right bundle branch block WPW Wolff-Parkinson-White 1 ECG Challenge A 66-year-old man was referred for the electrophysiologic (EP) study with intermittent palpitations over the past 5 years. Physical examination was unremarkable, and echocardiography revealed a structurally normal heart.
A Narrow QRS Tachycardia With Alternating R‐R Interval
1 Case Presentation A 21-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with intermittent palpitations over the past 5 years. Physical examination was unremarkable and echocardiography revealed a structurally normal heart. The ECG on admission showed a regularly irregular narrow QRS tachycardia with electrical alternans (Figure 1). The tachycardia terminated spontaneously within 1 h, and the patient refused to undergo electrophysiological study.
Challenged Atrioventricular Node Ablation in a Patient With Atrial Fibrillation With Rapid Ventricular Rate and Wide QRS Complex
