Abstract Permafrost carbon vulnerability, particularly concerning temperature thresholds and old carbon mobilization, remains a critical uncertainty in climate projections. Through a five-year, multi-level warming experiment on the Tibetan Plateau, we investigate these dynamics using >40,000 hourly flux measurements combined with vertical CO2 concentration and δ13C-CO2 profiling.

1. Introduction Prostate cancer (PCa) accounts for an estimated 29% of all new incident cases and has become the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths (11%), according to the American Cancer Society (ACS) [1].
4.1. Immunohistochemistry 4.1.1. Glypican-3 (GPC3) GPC3 is a carcinoembryonic antigen, a member of the phosphatidylinositol proteoglycan family of membrane-bound acetylated heparan sulfate proteoglycans, expressed in fetal liver and progenitor cells as well as in many HCC cases and other tissues [33]. According to a study by Coral et al., GPC3 has a sensitivity of approximately 65% and a specificity of 96% for diagnosing HCC [3].
