Utility Maximization for the IRS-Assisted Wireless Powered Communication Network with Multiple Service Providers

|
By Xinge Sun, Miao Cui, Kangbai Li, Guangchi Zhang
| MDPI
1. Introduction With the advent of large-scale deployment of battery-powered devices, it may be critical to extend device lifetime in energy-constrained Internet of Things (IoT) networks. Wireless energy transfer (WET) technology has been widely explored for its ability to provide power to energy-constrained devices in a wireless and flexible manner [1]. Therefore, a wireless-powered communication network (WPCN) can be established using WET technology.

Hydrodenitrogenation Kinetics of Diesel Oil and Catalyst Stacking Simulation

|
By Hongbo Jiang, Xinge Sun, WenBin Chen, Hailong Lv
| ACS Publications
The kinetics of hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) were systematically studied in an isothermally high-throughput reactor over three kinds of catalysts (CoMo, NiMo, and NiMoW) to produce clean diesel meeting the latest national standard of China. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, volume ratio of H2 to oil, and space time on hydrodenitrogenation were investigated to obtain kinetic parameters.
