3.4. Characteristics of seedling at different stages The results of the two-year experiment showed that the chlorophyll content in leaf first increased and then had little difference with the increase of seedling leaf position in all treatments (Fig 3). In 2017–18, the chlorophyll content of 2nd leaf was not significant different for RCT, PT and PCT, but they were significantly higher than RT.
