GDF15 Reprograms the Microenvironment to Drive Liver Metastasis of Uveal Melanoma Available to Purchase
The scRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq data are available through GEO (#GSE317347: bulk RNA-seq and #GSE317349: scRNA-seq data). The ChIP-seq data are available through GEO (#GSE329586). All other raw data are available from the corresponding author upon request.
GDF15 Reprograms the Microenvironment to Drive Liver Metastasis of Uveal Melanoma Available
Uveal melanoma is an aggressive tumor type that frequently results in fatal liver metastasis. A better understanding of the interactions between uveal melanoma and host cells in the tumor microenvironment that promote liver metastasis could lead to the development of therapeutic strategies. In this study, we used single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis of uveal melanoma–hepatic stellate cell (HSC) cocultures to explore the mechanisms by which uveal melanoma cells metastasize to the liver.
PATH-SURVEYOR: pathway level survival enquiry for immuno-oncology and drug repurposing - BMC Bioinformatics
Organizing biological knowledge into pathways facilitates the integrative analysis of gene expression data derived from RNA sequencing and proteomics profiling. Common pathway-level analysis tools, such as ENRICHR [1] and GSEA [2], are able to perform pathway enrichment analysis based on gene set databases (e.g., KEGG [3], REACTOME [4], MSIGDB [5], LINCS1000 [6], and the Cell Marker database [7]).
Tumor Expression Quantitative Trait Methylation Screening Reveals Distinct CpG Panels for Deconvolving Cancer Immune Signatures
DNA methylation signatures in tumors could serve as reliable biomarkers that are accessible in archival tissues for tracking the epigenetic dynamics shaped by both cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment. However, given the ultrahigh dimensionality and noncollapsible nature of the data, it remains challenging to screen all CpG sites to identify the most promising marker panels.
