Abstract: To investigate the effects of different sugar sources on the quality and volatile flavor of sweet-flavored concentrated coconut milk, sugar-free concentrated coconut milk was used as the control, and the effects of seven sugar sources, including white granulated sugar, brown sugar, caramel, glucose, fructose, sucrose, and maltodextrin, on the physicochemical properties, oxidative stability, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were comparatively evaluated.

Abstract: Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ski protein overexpression on writing in mice induced by acetic acid. Methods Eight-week-old male ICR mice were administered 0. 7% acetic acid solution (0. 1 mL/ 10 g) to induce a writhing reaction. The mice were divided into sham, acetic acid, acetic acid + ibuprofen, acetic acid + ad-EGFP, acetic acid + ad-ski-1, acetic acid + ad-ski-2, and acetic acid + sulfasalazine groups ( n = 10 mice per group).

Beijing Drafts Law to Punish Those Who Wear Clothes 'Detrimental' to Others
In what appears to be the latest of Beijing’s crackdowns on freedom of expression, China is circulating a draft version of a law that would punish people for wearing clothes that “are deemed detrimental or hurtful to China's spirit or sentiments." Violators could be detained for five to 10 days and fined as much as 5,000 yuan, or $687.67, a significant amount in a nation where the per capita income hovers near 100,000 yuan, or just over $13,700, according to the International Monetary Fund.

For its decarbonisation product ECO Delivery Ocean, Maersk substitutes fossil fuels on its ships with second generation biodiesel based on waste feedstocks to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of customers’ ocean transport directly in the Ocean supply chain, i.e. without compensatory measures like offsetting.
