Single-cell analysis reveals KLF10-high macrophages induced by glioblastoma cells are associated with tumor progression
Abstract Background: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and aggressive primary malignant tumor of the adult central nervous system, with nearly 90% of cases recurring within two years despite standard surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) play critical roles in GBM recurrence, but their characteristics in recurrent GBM remain insufficiently defined.
A Heterogeneous Multi-Satellite Dynamic Mission Planning Method Based on Metaheuristic Algorithms
1. Introduction Nowadays, satellite communication systems play a crucial role in global communication networks. Research on aerial platforms, including satellites, is essential for enhancing network coverage and service availability in future communication networks [1]. The throughput of next-generation high-throughput satellites (HTSs) will reach hundreds of gigabits per second or even terabits per second, with the number of beams increasing from dozens to hundreds.
One Method for Predicting Satellite Communication Terminal Service Demands Based on Artificial Intelligence Algorithms
1. Introduction The next-generation broadband communication satellites will achieve throughput rates of several gigabits per second or terabits per second (Tbps), with the number of beams increasing from dozens to hundreds. With the proliferation of mobile terminals such as airborne, maritime, and high-speed rail terminals, communication satellites face challenges such as an uneven distribution of user geographic locations and tidal effects and varying business hour demands.
Study on a user terminal‐assisted beam pointing measurement algorithm for very high‐throughput satellite systems

Quantification and Analysis of Carrier-to-Interference Ratio in High-Throughput Satellite Systems
4.1. Influencing Factors According to the proposed quantification method, it can be summarized that the influencing factors of the CIR include but are not limited to the following aspects: (1) System coverage: such as the service area, beam number, overlapping level of these beam areas, etc. It is evident that the system coverage can affect the distance between the interfering beams and the target beam, hence yielding a quite different CIR.
