Construction and Application of a Technical Platform for Determining Cell Cycle- and Autophagy-Associated Cellular Uptake of Lipid-Based Nanoparticles
Abstract Cellular uptake of biomedical nanoparticles has been shown to be affected by key cellular biological properties. However, very little is known about the influence of cell cycle and autophagy on nanoparticle uptake. What's even more tough is that several long-lasting methodological barriers hamper the experimental performance and restrict the research and development.
Facile one-pot synthesis of mulberry-shape silver nanoparticlesdoped porphyrin nanoassembly with self-promoted electrochemiluminescence
Facile one-pot synthesis of mulberry-shape silver nanoparticlesdoped porphyrin nanoassembly with self-promoted electrochemiluminescence The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) efficiency of porphyrins is limited by the quenching of π-π stacking due to their poor water solubility and inherent instability. There is an urgent need to design and explore novel porphyrin luminophores with high ECL efficiency, which presents a significant challenge.
Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-associated immune responses triggered by clinically relevant lipid nanoparticles in rats - npj Vaccines
Abstract With the large-scale vaccination of lipid nanoparticles (LNP)-based COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, elucidating the potential polyethylene glycol (PEG)-associated immune responses triggered by clinically relevant LNP has become imminent. However, inconsistent findings were observed across very limited population-based studies.

Tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin and Ru(bpy)32+ modified SiO2 nanosphere for potential and wavelength resolved electrochemiluminescence
Tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin and Ru(bpy)32+ modified SiO2 nanosphere for potential and wavelength resolved electrochemiluminescence Potential resolved electrochemiluminescence (ECL) nanoluminophores are very important for precise analysis and simultaneous determination of multi-targets. Designing ideal potential resolved ECL nanoluminophores, generating multiple high efficiency ECL emissions without overlap and interfere of potential and wavelength, is a challenging subject.
A Domain-Adaptive Tree-Crown Detection and Counting Method Based on Cascade Region Proposal Networks
Abstract : Rapid and accurate tree-crown detection is significant to forestry management and precision forestry. In the past few decades, the development and maturity of remote sensing technology has created more convenience for tree-crown detection and planting management. However, the variability of the data source leads to significant differences between feature distributions, bringing great challenges for traditional deep-learning-based methods on cross-regional detection.

A Review of Organophosphate Esters in Aquatic Environments: Levels, Distribution, and Human Exposure
Abstract : Organophosphate esters (OPEs) are increasingly used as flame retardants and plasticizers in various products. Most of them are physically mixed rather than chemical bonded to the polymeric products, leading to OPEs being readily released into the surrounding environment. Due to their relatively high solubility and mobility, OPEs are ubiquitous in the aquatic environment and may pose potential hazards to human health and aquatic organisms.
Universal rapid Joule carbothermal synthesis of flexible carbon/metal oxide lithiophilic membranes for high-performance lithium metal batteries
IV. EXPERIMENTAL METHODS A. Preparation of MOx@CC and Li@MOx@CC composite anodes Frist, commercial CC was cut into a square with dimensions of 10 × 10 mm2 and then rinsed with de-ionized (DI) water and ethanol to remove impurities adhering to the fiber surface.
