A Scalable Platform for Massively Parallel Superconducting Single-Photon Detection
1 Introduction The advancement of photonic quantum technologies is accelerating their transition from laboratory demonstrations to real-world applications in quantum computing [1-3], communication [4-8], and metrology [9-11]. Scaling these systems creates a pressing demand for high-fidelity, massively parallel single-photon detection. The criticality of this capability is underscored by recent frontier experiments.
Identification of CCL4-positive macrophages and their associated immune microenvironment in thymic epithelial tumors
Abstract Thymic epithelial tumors (TETs) are one of the primary tumor types in the mediastinum, originating from thymic epithelial cells. Recent studies have highlighted the close association between specific macrophage subpopulations and the tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment. However, the characteristics and immunological functions of macrophages within TETs are still poorly understood.
Multiuser entanglement distribution network across cryogenic nodes enabled by integrated photonic chips
Abstract Emerging quantum networks unlock the potential for distributed quantum computing, secure quantum communication and enhanced quantum sensing. Toward practical deployment of quantum networks, the interconnections among various quantum systems, particularly cryogenic platforms for generation, storage and detection of quantum states, must be established. Here, we demonstrate a scalable multiuser entanglement distribution network across cryogenic nodes employing integrated photonic chips.

Vehicle rescue path planning for urban traffic waterlogging disaster based on GAST model
Next, rescue path planning for disaster vehicles will be carried out based on the GAST model. The idea of rescue road planning is to use the GAST model to analyze and judge the distribution of urban road waterlogging and the depth of water involved. Additionally, path planning algorithms are employed to formulate the rescue path for disaster vehicles [24]. The entire disaster vehicle path planning based on the GAST model is shown in Fig 5.
