Design and optimization of honeycomb structure in dual-link mechanism for revolving two-wing doors - Scientific Reports
Abstract This research puts forward a retractable dual-link mechanism to alleviate revolving two-wing doors collision risks. The mechanism is composed of three key parts: dual linkages, a base plate, and a connector. Through theoretical analysis and structural topology optimization with the goal of mass minimization, the existing constraints in traditional optimization methods that undermine structural integrity have been revealed.
Deciphering Anion‐Modulated Solvation Structure for Calcium Intercalation into Graphite for Ca‐Ion Batteries
Introduction The escalating energy storage demands have spurred the development of low-cost, high safety and high energy post-Li battery technologies to address the growing concerns on the lithium resource scarcity.
In-situ hierarchical pore engineering in small pore zeolite via methanol-mediated NH4F etching
In-situ hierarchical pore engineering in small pore zeolite via methanol-mediated NH4F etching Youdong Xing, guangchao Li, Zezhou Lin, Zhihang Xu, Haitao huang, Ye Zhu, Edman Tsang and Molly Meng-Jung Li Abstract Hierarchical zeolites have attracted significant attention from both academic and industrial communities due to their exceptional mass transport and accessibility to active sites while maintaining the shape selectivity of the zeolite.
The Offset Crashworthiness and Parameter Optimization of C-Shaped Frame for Rail Vehicle Anti-Climbing Device
Abstract : Thin-walled structures are widely used in anti-collision devices for various vehicles due to their light weight and high energy absorption. Offset collision is a common scene in various traffic accidents. Because the commonly used thin-walled structures do not consider this complex collision method, the energy absorption effect of the structure cannot meet the requirements. In this paper, a C-shaped frame structure composed of thin-walled steel tubes is proposed.
