Research Progress on Light Therapy to Improve Depressive Symptoms of Bipolar Depression
Bipolar depression is the predominant and most disabling phase of bipolar disorder, featured by recurrent depressive episodes that impair psychosocial function and quality of life. Conventional pharmacotherapy has limited efficacy and carries a risk of mood destabilization (e.g., affective switch). Light therapy, a nonpharmacological chronotherapeutic intervention, has shown potential to improve bipolar depression symptoms by regulating circadian rhythms and mood regulating neural circuits.

The R limma package was used for difference analysis, and the survival package was used for survival analysis, drawing the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, drawing the nomogram, drawing the forest map, etc.
Long-term holographic phase-contrast time lapse reveals cytoplasmic circulation in dehydrating plant cells
Abstract The intracellular dynamics of onion epidermal cells during the dehydration process is observed by holographic microscopy. Both the nucleus and cytoplasm are accurately revealed by quantitative phase imaging while dehydration takes place. Indeed, we notice that the contrast of phase images increases with the decrease in cellular water content.
