Introduction and aims of the study: Trisomy 2 mosaicism (T2M) is a chromosome disorder characterized by having an extra copy of chromosome 2 in a variable proportion of a patient’s cells. Case-reports described in the literature are scarce and the phenotype associated with this disorder is not well known, since most cases result in miscarriage.

Introduction and aims of the study: Postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) is the leading cause of maternal death worldwide. The most common cause is uterine atony (UA), where the uterus is unable to contract properly. All therapeutic measures are based on the same principle which is uterine contraction stimulation. FemoStop® was developed for femoral artery/vein compression after percutaneous endovascular interventions and has proven to be reliable in achieving hemostasis in this context.

Introduction and aims of the study: Acute pulmonary edema is a rare complication in pregnancy and postpartum, with an estimated incidence between 0.08 and 0.5%. Acute pulmonary edema is the main cardiovascular complication of preeclampsia and one of the criteria of severe preeclampsia; occurs in 3% of preeclampsia cases, 70% of which take place during postpartum. The main risk factors for acute pulmonary edema in preeclampsia are advanced maternal age, multiparity and chronic hypertension.
