Reconstructed cancer and normal metabolic GEMs correctly characterize in vivo cellular metabolic activity In order to predict oncometabolites originating from LoF mutations on enzymes, we simulated flux changes of reactions in a cancer cell using GEMs. For the reconstruction of cancer specific and matched normal metabolic networks, gene expression data sets of cancer and matched normal were used.
