A private fashion show soirée under the stars It was a warm spring night in Beverly Hills, the kind that lends itself to soft lighting, open air, and fresh designs viewed in motion. For Otis Atelier’s Scholarship Benefit Gala, a private residence was transformed into an intimate runway and dinner party under the stars, bringing together patrons of fashion, design, and education in support of the next generation of talent at Otis College of Art and Design.

I’ve always been someone who likes to plan. As I handed in my last final exam of my second year at college, I had a chilling realization. I was halfway through college and I had no idea where I would be after I graduated. Panic set in. What am I working toward? Where do I want to end up?
