Comorbid obsessive-compulsive disorder and bipolar disorder in a highly endogamous population: which came first?
Co-occurrence of bipolar disorder (BD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common and difficult comorbid condition to manage. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of comorbidity with OCD among BD patients in a highly endogamous population. A cohort study was carried out on 396 patients enrolled between November 2011 and October 2013.
