What was your first job as a journalist?

I created my own magazine while I was a child called "Petz," which included interviews with my friends about their hamsters, dogs, etc.

Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

Teenage Rory Gilmore. Always itching for a chance at a scoop. Adult Rory Gilmore fell asleep covering a story, so she lost points there.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I was the editor-in-chief of The Colonel, Ledyard High School's newsmagazine.
