RSCC – In their second season, Roane State women’s soccer transformed from a winless debut campaign into a postseason contender, capping a remarkable turnaround with the program’s first playoff victory before bowing out in the regional semifinals. The Lady Raiders ended the 2025 campaign with an 8-8-2 overall record and 5-6-1 in TCCAA play—a vast leap from last year’s 0-12 conference record.

RSCC – Facing one of the toughest offenses in the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association, the Roane State Lady Raiders held strong early before falling 6–0 to Motlow State on Monday. Head coach Donnie Green’s squad executed a disciplined defensive plan to start the match, forcing Motlow to work deep into the box for scoring chances. Despite the loss, Green said he was proud of his team’s composure and structure against a nationally recognized opponent.
