How is social media changing news?

Its created a more interactive, quicker, and intimate relationship with the audience. It will never stop evolving, but only get bigger.

Instagram- because I love all things photography

Why did you become a journalist?

To give a voice to the voiceless, create change, and impact those around me because there always will be stories that need to be told.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Never give up, try and apply for everything, be open to anything, keep learning and never stop learning.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Anytime is the best time

What's the worst pitch you ever got?

There's no such thing as a worst pitch, but rather it just wouldn't suit that particular media organisation.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Relaxing with family, but always looking for inspiration around me. Never know when or how a story comes!

Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?

Anything that involves an investigation! I love long and captivating stories that involve real stories and people.
