A bright city to make quick money and become famous. Lagos city answered with a different truth.

Anytime I see someone do something, my first thought is always, "That looks easy." Whether it's a chef whipping up a meal, a friend playing guitar, or a tech wizard building a tool, I instinctively believe I can replicate it without much stress. The moment I try to do it myself, reality always humbles me. What looked like a straight road suddenly reveals hidden turns, potholes, and unexpected bumps. My concern at that moment was that maybe I was the only one going through the challenge.

Isaw writing as something only gifted authors, journalists, or bloggers could do. I admired their flow of ideas, the way they made sentences dance, and the ability to draw readers into their world. But deep down, I never thought I had the discipline or even the words to do the same. It all started with a simple question to myself: What if I might actually be good at writing? That thought felt strange at first, almost like a joke I told myself while staring at an empty page.
