First published piece appeared in the Chicago Tribune (1993) followed closely by two successive articles in The Los Angeles Times (1993).

I learned to touch-type on a manual Smith-Corona in 1969.

It equalizes access to news, opinion and analysis -- for better and for worse.

Don't do much fiction.
