Findings In this cross-sectional study linking Massachusetts birth certificates to the neighborhood-level Child Opportunity Index, among 267 553 infants, those born to non-Hispanic Black as well as Hispanic birthing parents were far more likely to be born into very low opportunity areas than other infants.
