No, I didn't really enjoy writing for others until later in my 20s.

After managing teams around the world, I'm proud of my OKR guide and new manager guide that help people understand the nuances of management.

Write often about anything, not just work, Write because you love to write. Put things on the internet that you write! And share them.

The best pitches are ones with genuine alignment and authenticity in the outreach.

Someone emailed telling me that if I just simply added their link to my page, I would get an SEO boost. Not true!
