1 Introduction Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a multisystem disorder with significant chronic respiratory and gastrointestinal tract manifestations [1, 2]. People with cystic fibrosis (PwCF) have high comorbid rates of depression (25%) and anxiety symptoms (35%), which are associated with decreased lung function, low BMI, and reduced treatment adherence [3, 4].
