1 Introduction The innovative strength of the steel industry is based on the mastery of microstructure–property relationships to develop steels with customized properties, such as strength and ductility, under the constraints of economy and manufacturability. Over the last few decades, most steels used today have been either further improved or newly developed. A typical process chain for the production and processing of semifinished products and the use of components is shown in Figure 1.

Despite its massive growth, the gender lens investing market has not yet tapped its potential. The gender lens investing (GLI) market has grown by 61 percent globally since 2018. Today, there are as many as 192 gender lens investment vehicles, with 20 funds that have South Asia as a target investment destination. In fact, our most recent study—Gender Lens Investing Landscape—found that South Asia has raised more gender lens capital than Southeast Asia and East Asia.
