Photo Courtesy of MEACsports.com With one game left for the North Carolina A&T women’s basketball team and riding a 15-game conference win streak, they have clearly solidified the MEAC regular season title. The Lady Aggies are undefeated in conference play and plan to keep it that way against state rival North Carolina Central. The Aggies have already beaten NCCU this year 52-49, and plan on making history repeat itself and end the season undefeated.

In the opening game of the series, the Florida A&M Ratters brought home the win in a thrilling 7-6 win over the Jackson State Tigers. A seemingly one-sided game for 8 innings turned into a fight at the top of the 9th. However, #4 Chris Clark came in to retire the game and end the Tigers hopes of a comeback. The star of the game was RHP Kyle Coleman who pitched a near shutout game as he allowed 1 ER with seven IP.

Now the public has the opportunity to view his perspective in the “From the Forgotten Coast to the Red Hills” collection in The Phipps Gallery at The Tallahassee Museum. The collection will run from the month of February to April 30.
