Happy Monday! It’s Aja. Sam and I spent the weekend in Wellfleet with my sister and some friends. We ate oysters; took long, sticky walks; got matching sweatshirts; and went out in Ptown. On Sundays, I’m always eager to get in the car and (at least try to) beat the traffic, but as soon as I get home, I miss the sense of stillness and quiet I feel on the Cape. How was your weekend? This diffuser really does make my bathroom smell like a spa. A lovely reminder that not all things are bad right now.

Hi, happy Monday! It’s Aja. Over the weekend, bored with the heat (and inspired by Aliza, who’s probably gotten sick of me telling her how much I love her short hair), I impulsively chopped off three inches. I’m obsessed with the result and can’t stop swishing my head in delight. Better yet, it looks like it’s finally cooling down a bit this week. Is it blasphemy to say I’m ready for fall? (Aliza: Yes! I never want summer to end 😭) By minute two, I knew I’d be into this podcast.
