Hi Al — great questions and smart to build this list before you're under the gun on a live deal. To answer a few directly: fees in the 0.75–1.5% range are accurate for standard double closes. We require B-C funds in escrow before we fund the A-B, which is standard among serious funders and protects everyone involved. On title, we've worked across the country and honestly the repeat relationships are where things run smoothest. Everyone already knows the process and we can move fast.
