Hello! I'm a software engineer working on a tool that allows landlords to connect to the bank accounts of potential tenants to verify their income, employment, previous addresses, and their identity. I'm making a post here in an effort to understand how landlords are currently verifying the authenticity of tenant submitted bank statements, pay stubs, offer letters, and references? How can you determine if a tenant has submitted falsified documentation as part of your application process?

Payments is an exciting space with innovation occurring in every form and fashion. However, current offerings for businesses mislabeled as high-risk are overcharging for poor user experience and a frustrating lack of critical features.

This past Monday night was like no other. After a full day of designing, conference calls, and coding I was catching up on tech news. I saw that the Kardashian/Jenner clan launched their own subscription based apps to push exclusive content fans who were willing to pay. Alongside these apps, they also launched websites. I’ll admit it, I downloaded Kylie’s app just to check it out.
