I am writing to formally express my extremely negative experience with VW Bathgate. In December, I booked my vehicle (VW Tiguan) due to issues with the automatic gearbox. On the day of my appointment, I was informed that no fault could be found. Despite this, I was still charged £72 for the inspection. Shortly after leaving the garage, warning lights appeared and the vehicle became undriveable. I was forced to arrange recovery to have the car returned to the garage.
