2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Tissue Procurement The study was conducted on four total face grafts procured from fresh human cadavers donated to the International Institute for the Advancement of Medicine (IIAM) (Edison, NJ, USA). The median duration from the time of death to tissue procurement was 32 h (range 24–48 h). The median age of the donors was 62 years (range 55–85).
