Why did you become a journalist?
I wanted to find a way to combine my passion for food with my communication skills.
What's your favorite drink?
I'm now in search of non-alcoholic options, but I loved a well-made and presented Dark and Stormy.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
in the kitchen, at the BBQ or, pre-pandemic, at a restaurant/food event. I love to cook for friends, finding it a great way to express love.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I'm an omnivorous reader of pieces from many publications. I like the UK Guardian for reviews by Jay Rayner and the NYT "The Morning" brief.
