Police chase results in two crashes after officers attempt to pull over driver near 55 and Garfield

Police tried to pull over a Dodge Dart at 54 and Michigan when the Dart did not pull over. In the process of trying to initiate a chase, a police car struck a parked car and had to stop. There were no injuries in this incident. The Dart continued to drive before crashing into a Ford F-150 at 55 and Garfield. Four people were in the car. One person attempted to flee the car after the crash, but they were apprehended by police.
