Abstract The North Temperate Lakes Long-Term Ecological Research (NTL-LTER) program has been extensively used to improve understanding of how aquatic ecosystems respond to environmental stressors, climate fluctuations, and human activities. Here, we report on the metagenomes of samples collected between 2000 and 2019 from Lake Mendota, a freshwater eutrophic lake within the NTL-LTER site.

Community Impact Newspaper Since 2017, Midwestern State University’s Flower Mound campus has provided accelerated and dual enrollment programs to help nurses earn advanced degrees. The school’s Bachelor of Science in nursing program saw 27 students graduate this past spring and is projected to see nearly 90 more in its summer and fall semesters this year.

But the decommissioning of the 170-foot-tall tower earlier this year from the water system meant the city could no longer tap its utility fund for maintenance.
