Cobbers Drop Pair to Luther in Leavenworth

LEAVENWORTH, Kan. – Concordia College Moorhead dropped both games of a doubleheader to Luther College on Saturday afternoon, falling 7-2 in the opener and 19-5 in Game 2. Game 1: Luther took control early in the first game, scoring three runs in the opening inning to grab a quick 3-0 lead. Concordia broke through in the fifth inning when Talan Plante worked a walk, moved up on a wild pitch and later scored on another wild pitch to cut the deficit to 3-1.
