I've had numerous roles across the racing industry over the last decade in bloodstock, form analysis and the media, although my position in recent years has been focusing on meeting/feature race analysis, tips and news.

I fancied 5. Princling in the Golden Gates Handicap at Royal Ascot, hoping the step up to 10 furlongs would bring about further improvement from William Haggas' handicapper. Tom Marquand's mount was a step slow from the widest stall of all and raced keenly through the early stages, forcing his rider to settle near the rear. Turning for home, Princling sat fourth-last before being angled towards the centre of the track to launch his challenge.
