Glioblastoma (GBM) is a highly aggressive brain tumor with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates. The complex immune microenvironment of GBM is highly infiltrated by tumor-associated microglia and macrophages (TAM). TAMs are known to be heterogeneous in their functional and metabolic states and can transmit either protumoral or antitumoral signals to glioma cells.

While, it seems like the only reason to get dressed these days is for curbside pick-ups and grocery store visits, I’ve still tried to get dressed in outfits that make me feel good every day. Even if no one sees you, I think that putting on clothes that make you look good will make you feel good too! Who’s with me? This past weekend, I visited the Toronto Islands with my friends, fashion designer Caitlin Power and Sharp Magazine editor Lance Chung. It was my first time on the islands and it was a blast! Minutes away from downtown Toronto, the islands have a small kids carnival, beaches, cycling and walking paths, not to mention an incredible view of the city skyline.
