Alexander Richey is an enterprising reporter, radio producer and sound designer originally from The Shoals area in North Alabama. His work is largely inspired by the South and the evolving relationship with his home.

He’s worked on a range of topics from civil rights, rural communities, immigration, and subcultures for Reckon, BBC Sounds, Radiolab, Alabama Public Radio, Huffington Post, and others.
