Alexander Dillon co-founded GenCap Management, a New York City-based investment firm established in 2021. His professional focus is providing startups with crucial capital and strategic leadership to help them evolve into significant market players. His proactive approach includes crafting tailored financial solutions to fit the diverse needs of various businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to the hospitality industry, where he opened Olar Noso, a restaurant in Northvale, New Jersey, with two friends from his childhood in 2021.

He is equally committed to his philanthropic pursuits, actively supporting organizations such as the St. Francis Food Pantry. He is in the stages of setting up his foundation, which is expected to launch in 2022. Following his graduation from the University of Maryland, his career began as a Financial Volunteer at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, where he assisted in financial operations and patient payment facilitations.

In 2011, Dillon embarked on a significant venture by founding Blackbridge Investment Group (BIG), which he nurtured into a well-respected investment firm, serving as its Chief Investment Officer.
