我有纖維肌痛症，同時頸椎壓迫和尾椎椎間盤突出。但不能拉脖子和拉腰，一拉就非常痛。 想請大家推薦「會處理神經問題」的物理治療師（台北/新北，捷運可到） --- 我不是單純痠痛，狀況比較偏： - 坐著會小腿麻  - 偶爾小腿無力（右側）  - 走路有代償  - 做牽引反而會惡化 --- 所以希望找的是這種類型的物理治療師： 👉 會做「神經評估」（不是只當肌肉問題）  👉 會看走路/站姿/動作  👉 會教動作調整（不是只按或拉） --- 預算大概：1500 / 次（可討論）  地點：捷運可到都可以（雙北） --- 想請問大家： 1. 有沒有實際看過、覺得「真的有在評估」的治療師？  2. 有沒有處理過「麻、無力」這種問題的經驗？ --- 拜託不要推薦只有電療、牽引、按摩的 🙏  希望是有在做評估跟動作調整的 謝謝

eLife assessment This valuable study advances our understanding of the brain nuclei involved in rapid-eye movement (REM) sleep regulation. Using a combination of imaging, electrophysiology, and optogenetic tools, the study provides convincing evidence that inhibitory neurons in the preoptic area of the hypothalamus influence REM sleep. This work will be of interest to neurobiologists working on the brain circuits of sleep.
