Alex J. Rouhandeh serves as the politics and culture correspondent for Newsweek where he previously served as the congressional correspondent. In 2025, Alex earned his Master of Arts within the politics concentration at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism where he served as one of the school's university senators.
