Less than a decade after launching her brand, the actor-turned-entrepreneur earned a nine-figure exit. Shay Mitchell just scored a major exit. The Samsonite Group agreed to acquire a majority stake in her luggage brand Béis in a $178.5 million deal. The $19 billion luggage giant, which already owns other popular brands, such as TUMI, High Sierra, and Gregory, announced last night that it will purchase 85 percent of the equity in the Los Angeles-based startup, which Samsonite valued at $210 million.
