Ali Riaz Malik’s Biography
Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik is the chief executive officer of the famous Bahria town and the son of famous real estate developer and one of the richest people in Pakistan, Malik Riaz Hussain. He is a person coming along with great knowledge and business acumen within the same industry and whilst his father himself is one of the most renowned names in real estate industry, he seems like inherited all these qualities of a great businessman.
Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik was the man who brought in the dream of “Pakistan’s first ever Island city” to reality whilst joining hands with US real estate tycoon Thomas Kramer in 2013. The agreement was done to develop the Bundle and Bodha islands in the Karachi city and came up as the landmark deal in the development of numerous purpose build business clusters during the process.
